In the spirit of the Socrate, our cuisine stayed just as “canaille” (roguish), because it is directly inspired by the French city of Lyon and its famous gastronomy. Here we do not care about trends, and all our dishes are “home-made” and based exclusively on fresh products. Recipes are carried out in a very traditional way. All sauces are reduced during hours. We also offer you a great cellar and local bottles.
As a real aficionado, Nicolas Giraud also created his own wine, the “blanc Basilic“, and his own hamburger, which is now a “must-have” thanks to its beef cheek and its reduced barbecue-whisky sauce.
